Dear Prospective Homebuyer,
New construction in old established neighborhoods can be challenging.
From the beginning, theTejon34 team connected with surrounding neighbors and the community to develop a shared vision for the northeast corner of West 34th Avenue and Tejon Street. Upon acquisition of this parcel, the team entered into a year-long process, hosting numerous meetings with community leaders, neighborhood groups, city planning staff and real estate professionals. The synthesis of that process is a development which will ultimately consist of five buildings and 28 residences: Tejon34.
If there was a single word to sum up the project, it would be thoughtful.
From the beginning, this has been the team’s underlying philosophy for Tejon34. A triple bottom-line approach has been the benchmark for every decision: Is it good for the customer, is it good for the company and our employees and is it good for the environment? We feel very satisfied with what we have achieved in every respect.
An unyielding passion for the enduring nature of the design has influenced the form and function of Tejon34. One only needs to look at the hundred-year-old homes in Highland that have withstood the true test of time. Measuring up to that standard is our goal!
